May 25, 2026"So welcoming and friendly, with great burgers and wine. We came here while travelling on a barge on the Canal du Midi. We strolled through town to see if any restaurants were open, but nothing was, and they were just about to close. They kindly offered to stay open late and feed our group of 10."

Septimania stepped up and made dinner for our party of 11 even though they were closed. They make a delicious burger and great chips! The icing on the cake was the drive back to our boat for some when the taxi said they were closed. Well worth the visit!"

Mar 16, 2026"Lovely, lovely owners, worked very hard to understand my poor French. Incredibly welcoming to us, our bikes, our dog and my vegetarian request. Food was absolutely delicious, cooked well, extremely fresh. We don't eat large portions and in hindsight, would have been happy sharing one meal. Fascinating, eclectic range of curios for sale. Particularly liked the outside eating space, the camouflage netting provided shade from the sun and shelter from the breeze. Only improvement (for cyclists) might be to provide something to padlock bikes to, while eating. If/when we're back in the area, we shall definitely return."
